羅馬尼亞新政府上台位置還沒有坐熱，國家就經歷了自1989年以來的最大規模抗爭。不過30多歲的示威者蘿拉(Laura)仍對未來深感樂觀。

蘿拉3日在首都布加勒斯特的示威集會中說，「我是否對我們的未來感到樂觀？是的，否則我們就不會在這裡了。」

帶著小寶寶一同抗爭的蘿拉表示，「我們決定不離開(到國外生活)。我們在這裡有親友，我們的薪資以羅馬尼亞的物價來說是ok的。」

為了抗議政府推動將特定貪腐罪名除罪化的命令，羅馬尼亞街頭有4個晚上湧入數十萬人參與抗爭。

根據估計，3日約有20萬到25萬人示威，1日的人數也差不多，被視為自1989年共黨獨裁者希奧塞古(Nicolae Ceausescu)垮台以來，羅馬尼亞最大規模的抗議活動。

羅馬尼亞政府1月31日頒布緊急命令，將特定貪腐罪名除罪化，而濫權者得造成政府財政損失超過4萬4,000歐元(約新台幣148萬)才能判處監禁，這使得部份貪腐政客得以規避起訴。
 

 

 

行政院今天(22日)拍板明年元旦起將採用「國民旅遊卡」新制，一半額度新台幣8千元須限用於團體旅遊，引發公務員反彈。對此，行政院發言人徐國勇傍晚表示，當初公務員會有國民「旅遊卡」，而非「購物卡」，提供的就是旅遊補助，後來因為台灣經濟發展不錯，就放寬相關規定，變成有購物卡的性質，現在只是回歸原本的用途；但為了不對公務員這幾年養成的習慣造成太大衝擊，因此才會規定只有一半金額須用於旅遊。

對於網路流傳必須先將8千元用在旅遊，之後才可將剩餘的8千用在一般消比價撿便宜費，徐國勇澄清，這是網路謠傳，公務員可以自行調配使用順序。

此外，也有公務員在網路上表達不滿，認為為何要限制於團體旅遊，難道不能自由行？對此，徐國勇說，其實還是可以自由行，只是有一點限制，必須透過「台灣觀巴」與「台灣好行」的觀光路線，但由於兩人就可成行，因此基本上就是自由行；而這兩個網站涵括了100多條旅遊路線，應該可以滿足一般公務員的需求，若公務員認為不好，也歡迎提供路線建議，觀光局會列入考慮，與「台灣觀巴」協商。
